Shipping policy
US Delivery
We offer free USPS First Class shipping delivery within 3-7 business days for orders above $75. For orders below $75, a shipping fee of $5.95 applies. For USPS Priority Shipping within 2-4 business days, $14.95 shipping cost will apply.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.
International Delivery
We offer free USPS First Class International shipping delivery for orders above $200. For orders below $200, a shipping fee of $18.95 applies. All orders are shipped through USPS First-Class Package International service unless you select a different courier at the checkout. Delivery times are estimated at 7-21 working days from the date of dispatch.
Parcels come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you the day they ship. International orders are handled by USPS until they leave the US and are trackable here. Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the Tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have.

International Package Policy and Customs Fees
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees on time. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the import policy, taxes, duties and fees of the destination country, the price, package weight and dimensions.
Unclaimed packages or those with unpaid customs fees may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
*If you decide to decline a package or left an package unclaimed (order value below $200), once the package is returned to us, you will be refunded for your purchase price minus a $10 fee for returning the item to us and restocking it. We can not refund you the original shipping cost. For orders above $200, you will be refunded for your purchase price minus a $30 fee for returning the item to us and restocking it.
INCOMPLETE/ INACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS
For both domestic and international orders, in the event of an order being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery is the customer’s responsibility. Please note that we are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Azura Magic also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.
For domestic orders, should you decide to cancel an order returned due to incorrect address, a $5 restocking will be deducted from the refund. For international orders, both the shipping cost and a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Made-to-order items are not subject to refund. Our customer service will reach out to you regarding the re-delivery.
ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT
Azura Magic will ensure that each order arrives to our customers safely. Thus, you can request replacements or a refund when an order is considered lost. An order is considered lost when there is 1) no tracking update in the past 7 days and 2) delivery time exceeds the below timelines.

FOR ORDERS DELIVERED BUT NEVER RECEIVED
If your order tracking shows your order was delivered but nothing was received, kindly check all possible locations such as mailboxes, porches, neighbors or persons in your household first. If your package is still nowhere to be found, you can contact us at info@azuramagic.com. We will walk you through the insurance verification process if all requirements are met and send you a replacement. Please note that orders show as delivered but were never received are not eligible for a refund.
SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES
Azura Magic is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Azura Magic is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being delivered to the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
